CEDAR PLANK GRILLING

 

Soak your cedar plank for at least two hours prior to cooking.
In the picture the cedar plank is soaking in one part water and
two parts Chardonnay. A water-filled ramekin is used as a weight
to keep the board submerged.

REMEMBER!
Never use anything but food-grade cedar for cooking. Check with your
local meat or fish vendor or the neighborhood kitchen specialty store.
