CEDAR PLANK GRILLING
 
After cooking for roughly 20 minutes, the Halibut filet
is finished and looks beautiful. The woody flavors from the
fire have combined with the cedar to create a fabulous tasting
dinner. Remove the filet from the plank and serve. Allow the fire
and the cedar plank to cool down before removing it from the grill.
